Christmas is around the corner and on Tuesday 20.12 Thinker Maker Space turns into a Chocolate Lab!
We invite all of you, adults and kids to dive into the world of chocolate and make your own chocolate creations. Under the guidance of the pastry chef Pantelis Vakkou we will experiment with digital fabrication methods to create our own chocolate masterpieces!
Participation is FREE. No registration is required.
Pantelis will guide you through the chocolate making process. Using our own custom-mold designs you will learn how to make your own chocolate which will be then nicely packaged to be taken home.
Our team of technicians have been experimenting with the process of turning our 3D printer into a chocolate printer. The Chocolate printer will be printing live in the exhibition area of TMS throughout the day and you will be able to watch the process and the outcomes!
Can it be that laser cutters cut chocolate? Laser cutters have the ability to cut beautiful chocolate creations that look delicate and precise in short time. On Tuesday 20.12 we are going to experiment with the method of laser cutting chocolate into Modular chocolate pieces that you can put together to create your own 3D chocolate sculptures!
