How it works?

Register on TMS Portal

To gain access to our new TMS Portal (beta), simply sign-in or follow the instructions to register. Your free registration automatically signs you up for a Basic user account that allows you to log in and explore the available equipment, areas and machinery.

Subscribe or Top-Up

2. Subscribe
or Top-Up

Feel free to upgrade by subscribing to a monthly membership plan or by purchasing one of the available top-ups. Manage your subscription anytime or track your top-ups via the “My Profile/Manage billing & subscription” tab.

Select Booking or Lending

3. Select Booking
or Lending

Select booking or lending and choose the equipment/space/machinery of your preference. Next to each equipment, you’ll see the related credit cost per slot (for booking) or day (for lending). Proceed by selecting time slots/dates and add-ons.

Overview, confirm & pay

confirm & pay

After completing all selections, review the total charge of your booking/lending request, confirm & pay. If you don’t have enough credits in your account balance simply top-up your account and repeat the process to successfully complete your booking/lending request.

Activate your request

To activate your appointment, visit Thinker Maker Space at the date and time of your requested slot and proceed with your booking or lending request. Note that for the case of lending, you will also need to digitally accept the lending consent and settle the lending deposit.

At any time, you can review your past and upcoming requests via the “My history” tab. You also have the option to cancel any scheduled request to avoid any late cancellation penalties (cancel 30 minutes max for bookings & 1 day max for lendings prior to your reserved slot).

Any overtime related penalty charges are deducted from your account credits. If you have insufficient credits, an invoice will be issued. Ensure to settle any penalty obligations before your next appointment, as staff members may refuse assistance for future appointments.

Late Arrival

After 30 minutes of no activation of your booking or 1 day of no activation of your lending, your reservation will be automatically cancelled, and no charges will apply. However, if there is a queue for the equipment, penalty charges may occur.

Overtime Charge
in Booking

Please be mindful of overtime use of equipment. If you require additional time beyond your reserved slot, book additional slots via the portal and inform the appointed staff member to activate your booking. Failure to do so may result in penalty charges.

Late Return
in Lending

If you fail to return the equipment on time, additional charges may apply. You will receive an invoice for these charges. Failure to settle your penalty will result in deductions from your deposit. To avoid additional charges, please ensure prompt return of the equipment.
