I am an independent artist working between Batumi and Kutaisi, Georgia. My practice is an exploration of shared authorship; I view creativity not as a solitary achievement, but as a collective pulse of the society I inhabit. I am a part of the process, rather than its sole owner. By challenging the traditional role of “the artist,” I aim to create platforms that invite genuine public interaction. Through the medium of independent zines and surrealist narratives, I investigate how stories emerge from communal memory and cultural exchange. My current work focuses on urban interventions—designing symbolic physical points in public spaces that serve as catalysts for storytelling. By merging manual craftsmanship with digital fabrication, I seek to transform the audience from passive observers into active co-creators. For me, art is a movement away from individual ownership toward a collaborative, living environment that belongs to the community.

This residency is implemented within the framework of the “International Study Visit Programme“, one of the components of the Creative Compass Georgia. This initiative offers creatives a unique opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills in the cultural and creative industries (CCI) through international exchange and collaboration.
Creative Compass Georgia is a four-year (2023-2027) EU-funded project implemented and co-funded by Goethe-Institut Georgien.
